Prodigy Entertainment | As a beat-mixing specialist, accomplished MC and former Radio and Nightclub DJ, Michael Coombs brings a unique set of skills that is lost in Toronto’s Wedding industry. Michael was the first DJ in Canada to become a Certified Wedding Planner and is now a guest speaker on DJ hiring techniques at Wedding Planning courses provided by the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada and George Brown College. He was a featured speaker at the 2007 and 2008 Canadian Wedding Planners Conference held here in Toronto on how to plan a Phenomenal Wedding Reception. Very few can match his experience and expertise!
Michael founded “Prodigy Entertainment” in 2002. Since then he has had the opportunity to DJ some of Toronto and Canada’s most high profile Weddings and Special Events and was the recipient of the 2007 and the 2008 Canadian Wedding DJ of the Year award at the Canadian Wedding Industry Awards, he won the inaugural 2009 DJ Industry Leadership Award and was the 2009 National President for Canada’s largest DJ Association, the Canadian Professional DJ Association (CPDJA).
